The following is a three-team parlay for Monday, December 21, 2009. The odds for the two European sportsbooks, Bet365.com and Bwin.com, apply to regulation time only. Proline odds (except Ontario) apply to regulation time plus overtime, but not shootouts. Ontario odds include final game results, including shootouts.
